I built a €2M shop before AI existed
Before AI was a buzzword, I built an online shop from scratch. What started as a solo project grew into a real operation — 60,000+ product references, a warehouse team of 40 people at its peak, and over €2 million in annual gross revenue. I did not get lucky. I built systems, hired the right people, and figured out how to scale something that actually shipped physical products to real customers, every single day.
I sold it during the pandemic
Then the pandemic hit. Like many founders who had built something physical and people-dependent, I faced a choice: absorb the disruption or exit. I sold the business. It was the right call at the time, and I have no regrets — but walking away from something you spent years building changes how you think about what you would do differently next time.
Rebuilding the same business with one employee and AI
"Next time" arrived in 2026. I am rebuilding the same type of business — an online shop with 60,000+ references — but with one fundamental difference: I now run it with a single employee. Their entire job is to prepare and send orders. Everything else — sourcing, listings, pricing, marketing, customer service, content — is handled by AI systems I built myself. What used to require 40 people now runs on automation. That is not a hypothetical. It is live, today.
Why this site exists
This site exists because most people teaching "AI for business" have never actually run one. I have. I know what it takes to go from zero to €2M, and I know what it takes to rebuild that same business with a team of one in the age of AI. Everything I publish here comes from that experience — guides, tool reviews, case studies, and a full playbook with the systems I use. You do not need a technical background. You need a working method, built by someone who has done it.
